Snow plowing is offered to Commercial, as well as Residential, property owners. Our second to none service assures you that the parking lot, as well as sidewalks (if requested), will be clear of snow and ice. Our staff is on call 24/7 ready to serve you.
Salting of parking lots and sidewalks is offered, and recommended, so that there is no need to worry about slip and falls or vehicle accidents. We exclusively use Magic Salt. It is a treated salt that works at lower temperatures than normal rock salt. Sanding of your parking lot is not needed because the product works better at melting snow and ice. It will also leave a residue that will help prevent snow from bonding to the pavement. This saves you, the customer, money on future salting events. We are fully insured (which many are not) to give you peace of mind when the flakes start to fall. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
